The spacious terrace with a winter garden invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The building is located in the pedestrian zone and is therefore very quiet. In a few minutes you are on the beach. The apartment is fully furnished. Wir waren Mitte November für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit vielen Läden um einen herum. Egal ob Supermarkt, Souvenirs, Kleidung,Blumenladen,... Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal nehmen. Eine einzige Sache fehlte allerdings-dass war das Licht draußen im Wintergarten- ich glaube diesen negativen Punkt kann man verkraften:-)) Wir haben uns einfach eine Lampe zum aufhängen aus einem der zahlreichen Chinamärkte gekauft. Wir und unsere Kinder haben einen super schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.

Letterlijk een top-appartement

Midden in Morro, maar toch rustig in de voetgangerszone. Zowel het strand, de supermarkt, de haven als de heerlijke restaurants zijn op enkele minuten loopafstand. Je kunt niet altijd voor de deur parkeren, maar in de directe omgeving is voldoende parkeerruimte. Lena is bijzonder hartelijk. Voor een eet-, drink- en strandvakantie is dit een uitstekende locatie.

Tolle Lage, vorbildliche Betreuung

Wir, 4 Erwachsene alle Anfang 60, kommen gerade aus einem zweiwöchentlichen Urlaub in Morro Jable zurück. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars und Strand sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über den Ort bis hin zum Strand ist fantastisch. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer sowie das zweite Bad sind etwas klein - geht aber. Spitzenmäßig ist die Betreuung durch Lena Keller. Können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, Wohnung sauber, Gute Betreuung vor Ort, Läden in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet für zwei Personen reichlich platz. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Nähe zur Ortsmitte sowie zum Strand ist sehr gut. Die Terasse müsste mit einem Sonnenschirm/Sonnensegel ausgestattet werden, da man sich sonst nicht auf der Terasse aufhalten kann. Auch bei Awesentheid (tagsüber) musste der Taubendereck regelmäßig von der Terasse entfernt werden. Das Türschloss (Hauseingang) muss erneuert werden (während des SAufenthaltes defeckt ). Der Parklpatz vor dem Haus ist nicht vorhanden. Der öffentliche Parkplatz musste benutzt werden war jedoch immer sehr voll.

gute Lage

Wir kommen gerade aus zwei Wochen in Fuerteventura, wir haben eine Gute Wahl getroffen für dieses Haus , die Aussicht ist wunderbar von der Terrasse auf dem Dach des Hauses und wir brauchten nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Das Apartment ist für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten diese man zusammen schieben kann. Auf dieser Seite des Hauses ist gerade am Wochenende oder Feiertagen bis in die Nacht hinein sehr laut. Ansonsten macht die Wohnung einen gepflegten Eindruck. Für deutsches Fernsehen und Internet ist auch gesorgt. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme und Liegen für die Terrasse sind auch vorhanden. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt in der Straße vor dem Haus oder an einem nahe liegenden Parkplatz parken. Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle einen Backofen, einen Herd, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine ausgerüstet.

Tolle, gepflegte Wohnung über den Dächern von Morro

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet auch einer vierköpfigen Familie genug Platz für einen komfortablen Urlaub. Die große Dachterrasse über den Dächern von Morro mit Blick von den Bergen bis zum Meer ist dabei das absolute Highlight! Der Kontakt zu Fr Schallmey war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und wenn wir mal ein Problemchen hatten, wurde uns sehr schnell und entgegenkommend geholfen! Auch bei Hitze (wir haben einen 'Kalima' miterlebt) lässt es sich noch vergleochsweise gut aushalten, da es die Lage ermöglicht, die meisten Räume gut zu lüften. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung urban mitten in Morro liegt, bei offenen Fenstern bekommt man also auch die Geräuschkulisse des Ortes mit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen!
