First floor, no sea view, on two levels. One twin bedroom in mansard with bathroom with shower. Lower level, one double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen, bathroom and large terrace. Wi-Fi, washing machine, safe box and parking space. Our rate includes: supply of bed linen and towels (1 set per person upon arrival, with weekly change for stays of minimum 10 nights) and final cleaning. *Not included tourist tax €uro 3,00 per person per night except children under 12. To be paid on site extra energy consumption € 1.00 per day per person (from 16-year-old).

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Palau - ds Apartement war schön, hatte aber Nachteile: sehr netter Kontakt und freundlicher Empfang Ansprechpartner täglich vor Ort viel Platz (bei 2er Belegung) Parkplatz große Terrasse Waschmaschine gute Lage: wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu Stränden und zum Orto WiFi kostenlos aber langsamo im September ruhig - das wird aber im Sommer anders sein (?)o der beworbene Grill auf der Terrasse darf Mai-September nicht benutzt werden (Brandgefahr)- Ausstattung der Küche sehr sparsam bzw. in schlechtem Zustand, Pfannen z.B. nicht benutzbar - keine Klimaanlage, SZ unter dem Dach sehr warm/schlecht zu lüften
