The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 7 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom 4 sqm and with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), electric water boiler and washing machine. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.


Location
Punta de Su Turrione. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. the land is not completely fenced. The villa is located in a residential area called Country Paradise. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and in a car park in the village (distance 10 m).
