The Villa:
Located on the beautiful hill of Capo d'Orso, with a wonderful sea view on the Maddalena Archipelago and within a small area of only prestigious villas, Villa Smeralda has a large private swimming pool and surrounded by a garden of about 1,500 m2
The upper floor features a large living room with a large dining area, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 3 very large double bedrooms all equipped with built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers, 3 bathrooms serving the sleeping area and one in the living area. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with large windows and patio doors that give great brightness. This level is completed by an area equipped for outdoor dining and a large patio-terrace which houses an outdoor sitting area, with an enchanting view of the swimming pool owned and the splendid sea of Capo d’Orso.
On the floor below - at the pool level - there is, in addition to the laundry room, a small apartment consisting of a fourth double bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge with kitchenette, which enjoys a fantastic view of the pool / sea.
Both lounges are furnished with double sofa beds for a total of 12 beds.
Comfort:
All showers are equipped with hydromassage, one of the four bathrooms of the villa is also furnished with a large whirlpool tub. The upper level rooms are equipped with air conditioning; all rooms are equipped with heating for the winter (gas in both levels, also with heat pump in the upper level).
There are 4 HD LED TVs available on the upper floor (one for each bedroom and one in the living room) and 1 HD LED TV on the lower level, SKY TV included, Wi-Fi internet included, table tennis, table football, two machines from Nespresso coffee, Weber professional portable barbecue, household linen.
The villa is equipped with two water storage tanks of 16. 000 liters each.
The fee includes the consumption of electricity and water and final cleaning.

Daily cleaning and linen change service is available on request.
In addition, home cook and babysitting services can be activated on request, at an additional cost.
