There was a cockroach in the pool when I stayed with my girl friend. It was off putting but it remains a joke that we have together. It’s not too personal against the hotel— cockroaches are everywhere urban and the water roaches are nearly impossible to evict completely. Otherwise, this was an awesome stay. We ended up using the hot tub which is open late, anyways. There is a tiki bar attached and, despite other reviews, this barista was quirky, friendly, and funny. We had a great time.

We reserved 3 rooms. 2 of the 3 are in need of renovation. The best of the 3 had a very slow draining shower and inconsisten water temperature. The pool, bar, and lounge are were lovely. This hotel has a lot of potential, but in order to reach it we need some more tlc. I pray she receives it.

Decent location. Tiki bar and Mexican restaurant on site were good. Rooms were largely clean but... the bed was not comfy, and the AC was loud and sometimes smelled funny.

This place in not nice at all. Check in took too long as the clerk was trying to find a prepaid reservation from another guest. I got checked in with no vehicle and lots of luggage and he puts me in a room fartherst away from the lobby. The shower had some lint debris on the rubber mat and the shampoo and the conditioner would not dispense any. Bed is terrible. I would not recommend this place.

The staff was amazing! The room was disgusting. Very dirty and run down. Sticky surfaces, hair and dirt everywhere. And a smell that made you want to vom. I actually had to check out a day early.

First of all, I did NOT receive the room I reserved and paid for. When I spoke to staff, they said my room was not available. Then blamed Expedia for the issue. The place is old and rundown. The staff is always missing at front lobby running errands so no help to check in or receive extra towels, coffee. Poorly staffed! But the worst was our room is not what the pictures displayed on the site.
