The first room I was put in had a STRONG odor and the cleaning crew came as though I was not supposed to be there after checking in. I was moved to another room, which I had to move all of my items to (no one asked if they could help). Lastly, check out is 10:00 AM, the maids came at 9:50 AM to clean. The worst experience I have encountered while staying at the Desert Springs Villas II

Nice room clean and kitchen was equiippped. Nice living and dining rooms and deck was nice too! It would be much better if the towels were new and softer. They felt like sand paper and many falling apart. Customer service was awesome! Texting front desk was so easy and they responded immediately!

Super friendly and helpful staff and absolutely beautiful property. We stayed in one bedroom suite - spacious, clean, lovely view from our balcony, quiet, all around perfect!
