The food at your facility was not very good. The paper towels and toilet paper were cheap and near useless. Stupid to do good overall but cheapen the experience with cheap necessary paper products!!

Very well run, checkin was easy and pool staff easily accessible. Pool food, not so good - so [plan accordingly. Has veg/hummus and veg was dry and fries limp. Room was good sized with king bed, kitchen, and living room - so spacious. Attracts an older set (February) but the main pool with a slide attracted the young one, so more fun. Could have done without poolside Bingo and contests, but all in all it was lovely.

We have visited this property several times over the years, and have always enjoyed our stay. This year a very big difference was noted in quality of front desk staff, complaints not addressed, ( light out in staircase, cigar smoke wafting into our open patio door, WiFi down),fewer amenities, upkeep and maintenance of room,(kitchen sink faucet loose, knives dull),pool and spa cleanliness, dining options at Agave was poor as well as the flexibility to prepare diet specific foods, room coffee was awful, no routine housekeeping, no complimentary newspapers. You must pay for parking, but half the time the front security gate was open with no one checking entering vehicles.

The staff were very friendly and accomadating. The only negative was my room door was hard to open and one of the window shades wouldnt close. It was hard wired into a control so you couldnt close it manually. The bed was very comfortable. The 2 golf courses were in the best shape of any of the courses I played while there. It would be nice if they offered a hot sit down breakfast. I realize the units all have a kitchen, however I didn't feel like cooking.
