The atmosphere, the on site restaurant- dinner was amazing, the fire pits and lounge chairs, the comfy room, the lazy river, spa, drinks. Welcoming staff. Perfect stay!

the room service was not good, several requests to fix the ac and nothing was done, requested several times for the room to be cleaned and no follow up from maid service, pool lounge chairs awnings and overall atmosphere is very old antiquated and outdated, wouldn’t stay or recommend the place, over priced for what you receive.

Our stay at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa felt like stepping into a desert dream — a perfect romantic escape wrapped in sunshine, serenity, and subtle luxury. From the moment we arrived, every detail whispered relaxation. The staff was warm and attentive, the room immaculate, and the ambiance effortlessly inviting. We started our mornings with quiet coffee by the mirror and ended our afternoons poolside, surrounded by palm trees and the scent of warm air and citrus. The cocktails by the water were refreshing, and the view — with the sun dipping behind the mountains — felt straight out of a postcard. The thoughtful in-room touches — a chilled mini-fridge stocked with sparkling water, a tray of light bites, and the gentle hum of calm — made it easy to unwind completely. Every corner of the resort seems designed for connection and peace. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, where laughter feels softer, and love feels closer. We left refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return.

Staff was helpful, good service in restaurant. The carpet in our room was filthy, toddler who visited our room got filthy feet from the carpet!
