Every time I come to Palm Springs, Omni is my #1 pick. I’ve stayed at other resorts, but always compared to Omni. Because of the beautiful pool area all around, the cleanliness in the rooms, the food, and the staff. However, this trip I would say the only thing that made it horrible was the registration staff. I drove 2 hours, get there at 8:30pm and the front desk took another hour and a half to give me a room. When I approached the registration, there was a new employee that was assisting me, I had asked that I wanted to use 2 credit cards to pay for my room. The new employee was having difficulty doing that and I understand she’s new she’s learning, she was super nice. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She asked another staff to assist her. Her name is Jasmine LeDeon, she introduced herself in a very bad manner that she’s the manager. I explained to the “manager” how much I wanted each credit card to be processed and she wasn’t understanding me or she didn’t know how to proceed. Instead of apologizing because as a customer service position, we apologize; she was giving me attitude. No smile, her tone was rude I felt so disrespected that I wanted cancel my booking and go to a different hotel. And when I told her to please speed up the process and I asked her which part she’s not understanding, that I have been standing here over an hour, her response to me was “well I’m sorry my employee is in training” that I’m sorry was very very rude. Omni needs a new manager.

We had a great time, but the “waterpark” looked MUCH larger in photos than in person. It’s nice but definitely not what we expected based on photos. The rooms are nice as well, but I felt the nightly rate didn’t align…we’ve stayed at other properties in the same area which have much better value. Comparable amenities but the rooms are much larger and just as nice if not nicer. It was a fun, one time experience.

Overall the stay was OK it could have definitely been better, we had issues with our bathtub the water was not draining properly. We found old acrylic nails on the carpet, for spending over a thousand dollars for this hotel it should have been better. I hope management sees this and decides to compensate us in a way to change our perspective towards this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Clean, family friendly and the staff were all so helpful and happy. There was so many fun kids activities and the pool area made for it to be an awesome trip!

Beautiful resort & incredible pool facilities, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They absolutely spoiled my kids!

Staff is great (except front desk), but property is poorly designed and service is subpar. Ok if you are stuck in the area and have kids, but nothing special.
