Jazmin at the front desk was amazing and genuinely welcoming. The check-in experience felt easy and pleasant thanks to her. The room had some issues, including an unpleasant odor coming from the carpet. There were plumbing problems that affected our comfort. We noticed itchy spots on our skin after staying in the room, which raised concerns about the towels, bed sheets, or possibly bed bugs. the room quality and cleanliness issues really stood out and affected our experience. I hope the hotel can address these problems so future guests have a smoother stay.

This place is gorgeous and well laid out. It is a large property but luckily enough nothing is far away. The place is walkable and the entire family loved it.

Absolutely awful stay. My items were stolen from my room, and management dragged their feet for months with endless excuses, even after I filed a police report, nothing changed. At the end, they didn’t cover a dime. Steer clear, it’s not worth the risk.
