We had an amazing experience at Nobu Palo Alto. From the moment we booked, everything was smooth and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to Josue for helping us secure both the room and our dinner reservation — he made the whole process effortless. And Chef Charlie at the chef’s counter was incredible. His food recommendations were spot on and truly elevated the entire dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were great. This was my second stay. The rooms are beautiful, the lighting is perfect, as are the amenities. Bed very comfy. The robes are wonderful. The service was just okay. Two room service orders took well over an hour to arrive (and if that's the case, fine, but don't say it will be up within 35-45 minutes) and a request for just a fork took nearly as long (I had brought some noodles back to my room but they were cold by the time the fork arrived). Only two bottles of complimentary water and no easy place to refill them seems cheap for a $1000 a night hotel room (and not replaced daily either). Shower had lame water pressure.
