This premier condominium resort has unparalleled amenities located in the middle of PCB. Laketown Wharf has 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, a gym, entainment & restaurants on the property including the the 52,000 square foot boardwalk. Our condominium sits on the 14th floor with a ocean view from the front door. The private balcony overlooks the exclusive lake with a Las Vegas styled dancing show every night. Private beach access allows you to be on the white sand in 2 minutes! There is bowling alley on the property and numerous family attractions nearby that make this condo your perfect vacation destination.

THE SPACE
-Spacious 1,262 square feet condo
-Master suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a garden tub

AMENITIES
There is a one time fee of $103 to Laketown Wharf for wristbands (up to 8 guests) and 2 covered parking spaces. The wristbands allow entrance to all on-site amenities including: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor grills, a multi story gym facing the ocean, a putting green, and a multitude of restaurants and shops along the board walk. The parking is in a multi level parking garage so there’s no need to spend time looking for a parking spot at the beach!

NEIGHBORHOOD
The Laketown Wharf area is known for its multitude of attractions including: golf, shopping, amazing restaurants, and water sports such as sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, parasailing and more. Shipwreck Island is only 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids. Tryout Pirates Plunge, Treetop Drop and the Whiteknuckle Rapids for additional family fun! If your looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, Pier park is only 5 miles away and includes 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices. Pier park is one of a kind beach front family frienldy attraction! You can also catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

ADDITIONAL INFO
HOA requires the booking guest to be 25 years old. This is a non-smoking facility. No pets, including emotional support animals, are allowed on the resort. Trained certified service animal are allowed with ample notice so we can inform the HOA. No throwing items from balcony. Internet is provided however, a hotspot is welcomed for backup. No refunds due to weather.

Please be aware there can be a wait for the elevators during the peak season.
There a minimum charge of $100 for cancelations.

The condo will be supplied with a starter kit of the following house amenities
under the kitchen sink-(2) Dishwasher pods/pouch (2) Trash bags(1) Roll of paper towels. The bathroom will have(1) mini shampoo(1) mini conditioner(1) mini body wash(1) roll of toilet paper

FAMILY VACATION

Overall we had a really good time and the condo was very clean and had a beautiful view to the nightly fountain show. The bedbunk's room is very small and it gets a little warmer than the rest of the condo, I would definitely let the small kids sleep there, not adults... but I would definitely come back to this condo again.

Great location and beautiful condo

This condo is located right in the middle of everything! It was very clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. The rooftop pool was a hit with my teenagers, and the resort has several restaurants, which is very convenient. The 8pm water show is worth catching at least once. I will say that due to the location, it can be a bit noisy. The beach gets crowded very quickly because there are multiple resorts on the "private beach". This is to be expected during the summer months and the fabulous condo, pools, and pristine beach are worth it!

It was ok

It was ok. First issues was not being aware of having to pay for our own wristbands and parking pass. After paying for the condo we received email from owners about the passes to find out they weren’t covered. The Vrbo listing states the parking is included. Next the tub handle had broken the first night I had to turn it on by hand. When I woke up I received a email about any issues I reported it to owner he said nothing. Shower head is pink which indicates mold, hot water leaves very quickly only one person can shower at a time. Toilet in the master bedroom after one flush you have to wait on the water to build up to flush again. The condo is very nice, balcony, beautiful view is immaculate. If the owners could fix these issues it would be great. We traveled for 9 hours I wanted everything to right. I had no time to be emailing about issues I’m sure that other customers has already complained about. We were there for 3 nights and this was our first time ever in Panama and I wanted to enjoy every day of it. We also visited Jass Restaurant the food was old and made my husband very sick. And the toilet couldn’t flush in the master bed room. Owners please fix these issues because the condo itself is very nice as well as the entire building. Pools, fitness area etc. Please be aware of paying an additional $105 for wrist bands as well as the price for condo.
