The property has a pool, hot tub, charcoal grills and tiki hut. The property is located in the very popular area of Panama City Beach minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. This unit is pet friendly, two pets max and up to 50 pounds each. The beach at the property is not pet friendly but there is a pet friendly beach just a 1/4 mile away.

Short stay

The property was perfect for our stay. My daughter and I came for a couple of days. We were not on the bottom "walk out", but this unit was right by the stairs, so we could walk out our door and directly down the stairs to the pool and beach. It was walkable to Pier Park and many nearby restaurants. The beach was nice because it wasn't busy like the big hotels. My only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. It is old and needs updating/painting/cleaning. Maybe new towels, pillows, bedding, etc. would be great. Otherwise, it was perfect for our little vacation.

Great time

We had a great stay but too short. Didn't want to leave!! Location was amazing along with the views from our balcony! Right in the middle of everything and could walk almost anywhere you needed to go. Condo was as advertised! Could definitely use some new mattresses as my husband and I have back problems but overall would definitely stay again! Our host Bill was awesome, hopefully we can book with him again!

Beachside & convenient, which we loved.

We loved the ease of the property -- the car is close, the beach is close, etc. My mom's older now...so it worked out perfectly. Everything that we needed was provided. We cooked breakfast most every morning & had all we needed to do so. We felt that the unit might benefit from having a mirror on top of the dresser...but of course the TV is there, so that would take some adjusting. I also feel that a rug at the front door and a rug at the patio door would be nice to capture sand better.

Perfect Property for us

My adult daughter, and myself spent a week in this property. It was perfect size for the two of us, and the fact that we were only steps away from the pool deck and the sand was the best. This is an older property but it’s perfect for people who don’t like high rises and don’t wanna have to deal with elevators and parking structures. Met a lot of wonderful people there in the pool and just thoroughly enjoyed the our stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Not for Older Folks.

The property is old. And it looks it. No elevator, no handicap ramps to the pool, no rails in the bath tub, no handicap anything. No ground floor units. Like steps?
