We kept getting locked out of our room. Our keys would not work half the time they kept wanting to charge me for my service dog even so I had a charge on my credit card. Lots of bugs had to go to the store and get our own spray had no trashcan in the room had to request one three times

There were first of all no caddy’s to take luggage to and from the room. I callled the front desk and “they had one but someone took it.” There were roaches everywhere. Would not stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay here. My friends and I have stayed at many cheaper hotels on the beach before so it’s not like we’re used to 5 star luxury hotels, but this was by far the worst. The staff checking us in was EXTREMELY rude. They ignored us for a large part of checking us in to talk to one another, resulting in our check in process taking 40 minutes. Then because they were talking to each other, they messed up our dates for the key cards and car permit resulting in us getting locked out of our room two days into our stay. They gave us full sized beds when I paid for queens, the shower drained so incredibly slow, and the toilet nearly overflowed every time you flushed it. There was also two roaches in our bathroom. Along with all this, it’s not listed that any one under 25 has to pay an extra 55 dollars so that was added onto the cost. I 100% understand some hotels have a policy for individuals under 25, but it was upsetting that that policy is listed no where so we were unaware of it until we arrived. The only pro about this place would be the location since it was very close to town, but you could stay at another hotel down the road.

The staff were courteous and helpful. There was no coffee pot in my room but they brought 1 for me . The cord would not even reach the outlet.So I had to set the pot on the floor to brew. Otherwise, the room was clean and stocked. Building does have wear and tear. I was in building 3 and locating the elevator was very hard even after calling the front desk . Once I found it it was very easy to get back and forth to my room. The pool was amazing and the beach was perfect. I called about checkout on the day of departure and they extended it by an hour and i could park in hotel lot until 4 hrs after check out, which was great considering the kids wanted to hit the beach and pool again. No big complaints and I would book this hotel again.

The staff was super friendly, but the property needs some work. We had no hot water for a day and half. Maintenance came by the “fix” the hot water. Ended up unclogging the drain. Just threw the large amount of hair in our trash can and left it. Still had issues with the hot water until the day we checked out. While checking in, a male came by and said someone was in the room he had just checked into. Another couple was complaining about the amount in bugs in their room. Only perk was it was right in the beach.

The location was great— it was right in the strip with most things walking distance. Right on the beach which was nice. The staff was friendly and we got clean towels and trash emptied daily. The room was in desperate need of some upgrades and maintenance. The bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain very well and the bugs were awful. For the price it was okay but we will likely not stay there again.

This is a pet friendly hotel even though the beach and pool area is not. You will have to go to pier park to let your dog on the beach.

Typical 3 star hotel

It was by the water thats the only reson i picked this hotel the rooms where old and outdated with some damadge to the paint and walls while the outside of the hotel had roaches but i didnt find any in the room but the veiw of the beach and the nice bars they offer is worth it to me

Attack of the biting flies

Every time we stepped outside we were attacked by flies. Other guests were complaining as well. The room next to us had a barking dog. We mentioned it to housekeeping when they came by and they could hear it as well and said they were told not to go in any room if they hear a dog.
