This beautiful family-managed 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront 11th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.

There is an alcove with bunk beds which are perfect for the kids and conveniently located next to the second bathroom in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the common living area for extra sleeping space.

Splash Resort includes a wonderful 'smoke free' family oriented environment with a climate controlled skybridge that connects the East and West towers, so that all amenities of the resort can be easily accessed from either tower without going outside the resort. The East tower will keep all the kids busy with a huge pool, lazy river, toddler splash pad, snack bar, fitness center, 2 gas grills, gulf front sitting areas, and just a quick skywalk away from the West tower which includes the water park, hot tub, pool, and game room for all of your family fun!

**SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October):
We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens.

NOTES:
There is an additional one-time $30 registration fee that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price. This is for wrist bands for all guests and parking permit.
At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo.
