Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach gate access is currently available at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted in the condo. Beach chairs are included in the rental March 01 - October 31, 2026.


This condo is at the Long Beach Resort and is a 2-bedroom penthouse condo in Tower 4 on the 14th floor. Parking is in front of the tower.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. This door code email is sent to the personal email address the guest uses to book the condo.

Gorgeous and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo with complimentary beach chairs for two and an umbrella. (March 1 through October 31) This condo is sure to impress even the most discerning guest!

The penthouse condo has vaulted ceilings in the main living area, kitchen and both bedrooms. Renovations include: New interior paint (Sherwin Williams Ice Blue), new living room furniture. The living room has a sleeper sofa and love seat in a linen colored Sunbrella fabric. All new décor throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash and undermounted lighting. All new tile flooring throughout the condo

The primary suite is beautifully redecorated with new bedding and new artwork. Primary suite has new mattress, bedding and décor. The guest room has all new mattresses and box springs, distressed white queen beds with headboards, foot board and rails, new dresser, new nightstand from Ashley. All new bedding in this room with stunning coastal bedding, and coordinating throws and accent pillows.

The balcony has a new highboy Polywood table and chairs with seating for 4 and two lounge chairs. The balcony has tile flooring.

A wall of windows in bedrooms and living room/dining room area capture stunning Emerald Coast views. Access the over-sized balcony from either bedroom or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. The condo accommodates 8 persons with a king sized bed in the master and two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped. The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of America's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach with over 1700 lineal feet of beach frontage. The Lagoon Pool is located between towers 2 and 3. The Polynesian Pools are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! .

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away.

This a Non-smoking Condo, Pets are Not allowed, and Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
