Experience sugar-white sand, emerald water, and spectacular sunsets from this newly renovated 2BR/2BA loft-style condo in the Southwind community on Panama City Beach's west end. With an all-new kitchen, fresh furnishings and paint, two private balconies, and a large front porch, this low-rise retreat sleeps up to 9 and is just a short walk across Front Beach Road to public beach access and the Gulf.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Luxury Ocean Villa Escape is a newly renovated Southwind condo has been refreshed from top to bottom to create a bright, comfortable coastal retreat. The home features all-new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and furnishings, along with fresh paint throughout, giving the space a clean, updated feel from the moment you walk in.
The main level includes the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, creating an easy flow for everyday time together. Vaulted ceilings in the living area and natural light from the windows help the interior feel open and inviting rather than compact. The living room also opens to a large front porch with a brand-new outdoor dining table and seating—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxed evenings after the beach.
The brand-new kitchen sits just off the living room and is equipped with major appliances, including an electric range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stacked washer and dryer. Updated cabinets, counters, and fixtures give it a modern coastal look, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and basic tools to make dining in simple and convenient.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and includes access to a private balcony at the back of the home, offering a quieter spot to step outside with a glimpse of the Gulf. A full bathroom serves this level. Upstairs, a loft-style second bedroom spans much of the upper floor and provides multiple sleeping options plus its own full bath, making it well suited for families or groups who appreciate a bit of separation while still sharing one home.

Guests also have access to beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach blankets, along with items like pickleball paddles and horseshoes that pair perfectly with Southwind's brand-new pickleball and horseshoe courts. With two private outdoor spaces and easy access to the community amenities, this condo is set up for both relaxing inside and enjoying the Florida sunshine outside.
Parking:
A single parking pass for Southwind is provided in the unit for your stay. Please place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle so it is clearly visible and properly labeled. Guests may purchase up to one additional parking pass.
Southwind is a permit-parking community with on-site parking in the surface lot near the buildings. All vehicles must display a valid Southwind parking pass at all times; vehicles without a pass may be towed at the owner's expense. Parking passes carry a fee set by the HOA, and those rates are subject to change. Current pricing is $25 for short term (14 consecutive days or less) and $40 per month for long term (no more than 3 months). Since spaces are not individually reserved and parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, spots may be limited during peak seasons and busy weekends.
The lots are intended for passenger vehicles used for daily transportation. Trailers, boats, golf carts, recreational vehicles, and other oversized or non-standard vehicles are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by the association. Guests must follow all posted Southwind parking rules and signage while on the property.

Southwind is a low-rise, low-density condo community on the sought-after west end of Panama City Beach, set along Front Beach Road just across from Public Beach Access 72 and the Gulf. Guests avoid high-rise elevator lines and lobby crowds while still being only a short walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald water at Public Beach Access 72, as well as nearby local restaurants, coffee spots, ice cream, and casual dining along Front Beach Road.
Onsite, Southwind offers an outdoor community pool plus shared amenities that fit the relaxed, coastal setting, including a putting green, pickleball area, community outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a horseshoe court available on a first-come, first-served basis. Multiple small buildings, balconies, and green space give the property more of a neighborhood feel than a traditional tower resort, with surface parking near each building for easy loading of beach gear and groceries.
The location works well as a quieter home base with quick access to the area's main attractions. You're a short drive from Laguna Beach, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and Frank Brown Park, and within easy driving or biking distance of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, all while enjoying the more relaxed vibe of the west end of Panama City Beach. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is also within convenient driving distance, typically around 20–25 minutes by car depending on traffic. From sunrise walks across to the beach at Access 72 to afternoons by the pool and evenings out at nearby restaurants and shops, Southwind offers a straightforward, no-fuss spot to enjoy the west end of Panama City Beach without giving up convenience.

Trash Disposal at Southwind: All household trash must be bagged and taken to the community dumpster. Do not leave trash bags outside or in common areas, and never dispose of cigars, cigarettes, or other items from balconies or windows. The dumpster is for household trash only, not furniture, appliances, or large items.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. Ring doorbell at the front door.
