We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was clean, spacious, and had the best views. We had five kids in our party (ages 4-9) who loved the bunk room and it was great for them to have their own space. Check-in was a breeze and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the rental company…they were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and decorated very well. We did have issues with a stopped-up toilet, which did not get fixed until the day before we were leaving. This caused issues and was inconvenient.

Beautiful condo on top level

Overall a wonderful stay. The master bath shower drain had some issues, but other than that very clean. We didn’t have the starter items promised in the listing, but we were able to purchase quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. The only thing that would have made it better was a later check -out option.

Perfect for our family

We brought our children for spring break and had a wonderful time! I wish I had read reviews a head of time better it would have saved me on packing beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and board for the kids that the condo had. Lots of games for the one rainy day we had. The kid bunk room was a hit. My one and only complaint and suggestion would be, the condo does not have a lock on the inside or a latch to flip on the door. Our 3,5, & 7 year olds slept in the kid bunk room which is closest to the door. They were also able to open the door. Each night I’d put our big wagon in front of the door but would definitely suggest an inside latch to flip so they would not be able to escape.

Nice condo

The condo was beautifully furnished. There was sand in the bunk beds, under the covers, but all others were clean. The location of the condo is very close to pier park, which is nice to walk over for shopping, but can get very loud at night. There were several nights we were woken up after midnight by people yelling or playing loud music. The property itself is pretty nice. All elevators worked while we were there. There are two areas to by drinks on the property, on at tower 3 and one at towers 1 & 2. They even had live music by the pool some nights. They were very strict about having passes for everyone at the pool, even though it said small children didn’t need them. Also, there are several sets of stairs leading down to the beach, which can be a pain if you have a wagon to tote your items. Finally, the parking garage is a bit tight, but there were usually plenty of spaces.
