**** Our unit is NON-SMOKING and we do not allow pets. WE DON'T RENT TO SINGLES UNDER 25. NO SPRING BREAKERS!!!!! Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.
Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Remember this is my home too (privately owned).

Parking notes: PAID PARKING ONLY - $60.00 PER PASS --- Parking is located in a parking garage across the street from the resort, parking spaces are not assigned. The parking garage has 9 levels and a skybridge to the resort from the 3rd level. To enter the garage, you will need the barcode you purchased from your Calypso Registration email. This is your gate code and the only way in and out of the parking garage. Make sure to print a copy of the bar code. Once inside the garage, you may park in any unmarked spot. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers allowed on property. Guest is responsible for purchasing parking passes at $60 each max of two. Due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $60. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
