This family friendly-fresh renovated unit comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen sized bed in each room. The emerald water and the white sandy beaches of the gulf go Mexico are just steps away. In the heart of all the action just a 5 minute drive to Pier Park, where all of your favorites can be fulfilled.

Step inside and be greeted to a fresh space just like home. You can kick back and hang out on the two sofas while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. With the modern brick wall space leading you to feel right at home with the fully equipt kitchen! Cook anything from a microwave meal to an entire gourmet meal. 2 Keuring machines are provided for use. The dining area offers setting for 6.

The 2 bedrooms, both offer queen sized beds that will allow you to fall asleep and wakeup to the air of the ocean!

The bathroom has updated tiles over the entire bathroom along to a brand new vanity, faucets and lights to a combo tub shower.

Parking: A $25 resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival. This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
