Welcome to Celadon 307, a stunning oceanfront condo located in Panama City Beach. This inviting 1 BR, 2 BA retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 6 guests.

Step inside to discover a spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, complemented by twin bunk beds in the hallway and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living room. The ambiance is bright and airy, with large windows that invite natural light and showcase breathtaking views of the ocean from this low third floor beachfront condo.

Celadon 307 boasts a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining area or take them outside to the private balcony for a scenic dining experience.

The property features two sparkling pools, one of which is an indoor/outdoor heated pool and one is beachside, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of year. Guests can also unwind in the hot tub or take advantage of the beach access just steps away, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy various water sports.

For your entertainment, the condo is equipped with high-speed internet, cable/satellite TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

The condo is a non-smoking rental unit and no pets allowed (Service Animals are always welcomed).

Stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay).

We had a wonderful stay and the view from balcony was beautiful. The only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. We would consider renting in the future. The property manager was very responsive with questions.

We give 5 stars for every area accept the beds. The view is spectacular. Great and very simple check in and out. Great communication from the owner. The only ding I can give this is the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable for us. If the bed were updated it would be 5 stars without question. We would definitely stay again if the bed gets updated with more comfortable box spring and mattress. We love the Celadon. It’s a Great condo on the west side of PCB. The staff is great.They always keep the grounds and pool areas clean. And they’re always helpful if you need any assistance. Looking forward to our next stay. Ricky

The condo was amazing. We love the property. However, this stay one elevator was done the whole week and another went done for a day or so. As a whole the elevators seemed very slow.
