Welcome to Sunrise Beach 2108, an elegant beachfront retreat perched high above the shoreline on the 21st floor in the heart of Panama City Beach. With sweeping Gulf views, direct beach access, and a spacious layout, this condo is ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and location.

Step inside to an open-concept living area framed by floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy panoramic views of emerald waters and unforgettable sunsets.

The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access — wake up to the sound of waves and endless ocean views. A second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the bunk room includes twin-over-full bunk beds that comfortably sleep adults or kids alike. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations.

The view was amazing. I just didn’t like that I had to pay 50 per car to park in the garage. When I needed extra towels I was told to wash the ones I already had. Whenever I reached out to the front desk via text they always took a full hour or more just to respond. However, I did enjoy my stay.

We loved this condo and would love to stay here again, any time we’re in PCB. There was plenty of space for everyone, beautiful view, everything we needed, great location for everything, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevators were quick for the most part. I have no complaints. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay. Loved it.

Easy parking, quick elevators, sweet rooms and views. My wife was a little annoyed by the staff asking to see our wrist bands by the hot tube pretty often but no biggie. Very nice safe place to stay with family by the shores or PCB.
