As you enter the first floor, you'll be captivated by the ocean view that greets you straight through the house. This floor features a cozy bunk room that accommodates 6, with 2 twin-over-queen bunks, a full bathroom, and a comfortable second living room. The first-floor deck is designed for outdoor enjoyment, offering incredible views, generous seating, a built-in cooking area, and a fire pit for those cool coastal evenings.

On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen and living area are highlighted by spectacular panoramic views through striking hexagonal windows. This floor also includes three luxurious king bedrooms, two of which are ensuites, and a second bunk room equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle.

To enhance your stay, Nifty Shades of Gray comes with four complimentary Paradise Properties bikes, perfect for exploring the East side of 30A, Inlet Beach, and Rosemary Beach.

We Love Nifty Shades!

Plenty of room for group of 10-12, the kitchen is great and the "protected" beach area is invaluable as this slice of heaven on 30A gets more crowded. Hoping to be back for two weeks next year! The house was perfect. The photos were beautiful but the house was even more so in person. Great location next to Rosemary Beach. Easily walkable or ride the bikes down 30A. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. And sunset on the deck great. Highly recommend this house.
