Wonderful! No complaints! The owner was super responsive. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The balcony (especially the furniture) and beach view were both amazing. The walk to the beach was easy and the added bonus of having a set of chairs and umbrella for our stay was icing on the cake!

Great location, check-in was a breeze. Parking can be somewhat difficult trying to find a spot in parking garage. Room was great, great view, very well stocked with supplies in kitchen. Ease of access to beach and pool is great. Tiki bar had some very good food. I would recommend this to a family of 9 any day.

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City! The condo was very clean and modern. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay for our family! We loved the view from the balcony! The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage space, the washer and dryer came in very handy. We love this location, as it’s close to many of our favorite restaurants and attractions. Owner was very accommodating and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

quiet place to relax

the property was lovely. the beach beautiful. best stocked kitchen ever...beds comfortable. great for a young family or older group... not much for 18-year-olds kids... good news, didn't have to worry they would get into trouble. it would be a fabulous place in the summer... we were there for spring break and Panama City beach didn't recognize St. Patrick's Day. that says it all. Saving grace was the niceness of the condo... the owner had games, the reserved beach chairs... could not ask for more in a rental. once summer hits...all the nearby amusements open. security was fabulous.

Family Vacation

Condo 1909 was just as pictured. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Our only complaint was we went in October and I guess that is dragon fly mating season we were told. They were very very thick at the pool (like hundreds) everyday it became bothersome but they were not as bad at the beach. The included beach chairs were a great treat! It was a great trip and for sure would try to stay in this condo again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Goran was a wonderful host and we communicated via text. Despite our second day being hurricane Helene, the trip and weather luckily turned out to be perfect. The unit is on the 19h floor and very clean. It’s in a great location with parking and a walkway on the opposite side of the building. Overall, a great family location and the 5 of us (children are young adults) really enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home

Staying at this property felt like home. It was clean, spacious, and the view is what will keep us coming back. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to go do something we wanted to and there are a ton of restaurants near by. The bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big and the kids loved the bunk bed nook. I would give this property a higher rating if I could. 10/10 recommend!!

Quick beach trip

This was the most well stocked, beautifully decorated condo we have ever rented. The view from the balcony is amazing. Only warning would be to be prepared for long elevator wait during peak hours. Best to go to the beach early and stay late! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Place was clean and furnished well, I cannot think of anything we needed at all. The condo was great and spacious balcony was a bonus. The beach chairs, pool and tiki bar was a hit from all of the family, the only negative was the elevators in tower 1 - they need some maintenance love (one morning the call button would night light up at all -either direction for about 15 minutes of waiting and pushing). We would stay here again!

The view in this unit was incredible. We had friends and family staying five floors below us and the view didn’t compare. The unit has a classic and clean appearance. The wall paintings and hangings had a vintage and classic beach/water them. Very comfortable and homey.
