El hotel en excelente condiciones, habitaciones comodas y limpias, sin embargo es importante la limpieza diaria, cambio de las toallas y la basura es lo unico negativo. Solicite un cepillo para barrer y limpiar mi habitacion. Nos hospedamos 4 dias y 3 noches y no correspondió nunca el dia de limpieza deben prestar atención en eso. El desayuno bueno. La piscina es pequen̈a para el hotel y la cantidad de habitaciones. Sin embargo nos volveriamos a hospedar alli.

I would have given the stay five stars, but they misses cleaning the room one day. We came back to no one having cleaned the room nor provide clean towels and wash clothes. We’d gone to the beach and didn’t have anything to clean off with once we got back to the room. That left us having to wait for someone to give us new towels and for someone to come the next day to clean. Overall, it was a great stay and Crystal the front desk rep was amazing. Thank you Crystal for your wonderful hospitality.

Our room smelled like dog urine

No one cleaned our room the whole time we were there and we were there four days I continuously let them know that our room smelled like dog urine they were booked so could not move me said that while we were out, they came in and cleaned the carpet, but the carpet was not clean and the odor was overwhelming I tried to ask for another room, but by the time they were able to give us another room our stay was over.
