Silva Sands is the perfect condo in the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida, with fantastic views from the corner, wraparound balcony! It is directly ON THE BEACH at Celadon Beach Resort (unit #1201) and features a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and one set of twin bunk beds. All three bathrooms are directly attached to the bedrooms. The living room sofa also turns into a queen sofa sleeper. In 2021, the entire 1,400 sq. ft. of the condo had waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring installed, so no carpet at all within this condo.

Beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is included during peak season from March to October (normally $40 a day)!

There is a full-size washer and dryer in a large laundry room. The kitchen also features both ceramic and plastic dishware which makes it family friendly. Lots of board games and family-friendly DVDs provide plenty to do if there ever happens to be a rainy day.

Celadon Beach Resort features FREE WIFI and HBO, outdoor grills, outdoor hot tubs, two pools (one indoor/outdoor), and a tennis/pickleball court.

Our beaches on Florida's Emerald Coast are absolutely incredible. The emerald green water and sugar white sands are amazing! Celadon is on the quiet, family-friendly beaches of West Panama City Beach, just two miles west of Pier Park. Pier Park is a 900,000 square foot open air shopping complex with a Grand 16 Movie Theater, Walmart, Target, Dave & Busters, and lots of restaurant options. It really is a fantastic development and Panama City Beach's hotspot for activities when not on the beach.

You will love this condo and the location even better! Celadon Beach Resort is the last high-rise condo building on the west end which means one side of the complex is next to homes. You will love how you won't have to wake up early on your vacation like other resorts just to get a spot on the beach.

Other local attractions include Frank Brown Park and many local amusement parks. Its also near the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (the new Panama City Airport).

Please note that Celadon Beach Resort requires renters to be 25+ years old as is required per the condo association rental rules. It also has a strict no smoking and no pets policy for renters. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Parking is available at a cost of $45 per vehicle per stay (up to 30 days and price is subject to change).
