We stay here at least once per year and love everything about it. Tons of space, very comfortable, and amazing location. Watching people take pics of the same view we had from our balcony each day should make you feel great about what to expect from Bikini Bottom. Highly recommend!

We were disappointed that the master bedroom did not have a closet. We would’ve liked to have hung our clothes up but managed to hang them up in the bathroom. A clothes rack was offered but we declined after making do with hanging in the bathroom. A caserole dish was left very dirty and the host did offer for it to be cleaned but I Had already washed it. Nothing too major. Overall our stay was good.

I will say that i enjoyed my stay , however there were some things that i would have changed. First, the room was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty towel left on the back of the first bedroom as well as children's drink cups under the television console in the living room. The bathroom in the hallway had rings around the toilet and bath. The lock for the patio was broken, however maintenance came quickly to fix Overall the stay was good, but for the price we paid i would expect the unit to be more clean.

LONG walk, but nice place

This was a nice condo, but a couple of things to note. I had three elderly (75+) women with me and it was quite a walk to our condo from the check in lobby, and quite a walk to the private beach access. There are only two elevators and you will be waiting a while. The king suite balcony access door did not work. The ice maker/water did not work in the fridge door. The beds are VERY high making it nearly impossible for an 83yo 4'11" woman to get into bed. Other than that, it was nice. Would be great for a young family.

2 Star Bad Stay

This was the first time we booked a room to stay at the wharf and it wasn't at all what we expected with how much we paid. As soon as we arrived and unloaded our luggage the elevator in the parking deck didn't work so we either had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs or load it back in our vehicle and go to another parking deck and walk a long ways to our room. The room was ok but could have been cleaner. The pans to cook with were in awful shape and you couldn't even cook in them without it sticking. There wasn't enough cookware to even cook for a family of 10. The A/C unit wasn't working good and with the thermostat set at 68 it was still 87-90 degrees in the room. The sliding glass doors wouldn't lock sometimes. The trash shutes were always full and we seen several roaches around them. One of the bathrooms toilet would get stooped up and need plunged. The elevators were a nightmare trying to get to and from the beach. Most times it was a 15-29 minute wait to get on the elevator. For this to be such a big hotel they definitely need to get better elevators and add some more elevators. It was a very tired and exhausting trip having to deal with all the issues. We will NOT be staying here again.
