Beautiful Accommodations

The condo was spotless. Very nice accommodations with duel head walk-in shower, electric fireplace, and great view from the 18th floor. However, attempting to change my reservation dates was extremely difficult to arrange. After multiple phone calls and request to speak to a manager the requested was denied. I wish I could have spoken to the actual owener.

False information

This unit should not be advertised as handicap! My dad is in a wheelchair, the only handicap feature was the shower which he still couldn’t use because of the handle placement above the shower seat. There were no ramps to get onto the patio and the bed was so tall it took two of us to pick him up to get in at night. There was no daily entertainment as advertised. Our condo still had clothing from previous guests in drawers. There was old food and toys under furniture and sticky stuff still on the floors. Yes, when I complained they offered to clean again. However, at that point all of our personal belongings were already everywhere so it was almost pointless. Check in is at 5pm and check out at 9am, that should have been more than enough time to have the unit already cleaned for us. The remote batteries in the living room fan/light are dead so we had to keep switching them for different ones to be able to leave just the fans on.. the TVs in the bunk and spare room wouldn’t connect to cable.. eventually I figured out a way to at least get Netflix’s on in the bedroom. For the price tag on this place we are extremely disappointed!
