Sea Breeze Coastal Retreat - 4 Min WALK to BEACH

Just a short walk to the soft sugary sand & turquoise water of the emerald coast, when you stay at Sea Breeze, you`ll be relaxing in no time! This 2nd floor unit (nobody above) has all the comforts of home - featuring a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. The gated community offers 4 pools (one heated during winter months), tennis courts, shuffleboard, minigolf, and a spa tub.



We have one private bedroom, with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-room vanity with a connected space for the shower & toilet. The other bathroom vanity & toilet can be accessed from the hallway by guests staying in the twin bunks and queen sleeper sofa. This condo is great for a couples` getaway, girls` weekend, or a small family vacation at the beach.



Our kitchen is fully equipped to handle as much or as little cooking as you desire on your vacation. There are plenty of great local dining options, so be sure to check out our guidebook attached with this listing.



Cozy up in the spacious living room with plenty of seating for all. Stream your favorite shows on our large flat screen TV - BYO passwords for streaming.



Unwind on the quaint balcony in the evenings while you watch the sky change mesmerizing colors as the sun sets.



We provide a small starter pack designed with your needs in mind, providing hotel sized Dove brand toiletries, kitchen cleaning supplies, paper products, and a few laundry powder packets.



We prioritize your health and safety by implementing a rigorous and thorough cleaning routine – including sanitizing countertops, doorknobs, bathrooms, and other high contact areas.



Horizon South is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Pier Park - PCB`s renown dining, shopping & entertainment hub. Seasonal firework displays are launched from the water near the pier at Pier Park.



Heading West on Highway 98, you can enjoy all that Scenic 30A has to offer from idyllic coastal beach towns, fine dining, unique shopping and endless entertainment.



Self-check-in any time after 4pm (CST) with the Schlage Encode keyless lock. We`ll send you a code on your arrival day for hassle-free entry.

Discounted rates apply for length of stay reservations, year-round, as follows:

7 nights = 12%; 14 nights = 15%; 21 nights = 18%; 28 nights = 20%.

Dedicated beach access just 2 minutes away!



Armbands are required for your stay for all guests aged 6 and older. The cost is $20 per armband and are obtained at the Community Management Office upon arrival.



Guests must obtain a Parking Placard from the Community Management Office upon arrival.

Each vehicle is $25.00 (maximum of 2) for up to 10 days. Extended stay guests will pay $25.00 for every 10-day period, with a maximum of $50.00 for a 6-month stay.



Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



No smoking or vaping is permitted within the unit.



Large gatherings and loud parties are prohibited.



This condo is not pet friendly. You may see Owners who live in the community year-round with pets, but this is not applicable to short term guests.



5 Maximum guests allowed. Due to PCB fire safety ordinance, this cannot be exceeded and will result in an immediate eviction without refund if violated.



Horizon South consists of independently owned condos that are often used for vacation rentals. We do not have oversight or control of adjacent units or their guests.
