The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a fabulous, one-bedroom suite. The room and bathroom were spotless and was supplied with everything we needed for a perfect hotel stay. The breakfast was satisfying. Their menu offers a variety that sets them apart from typical hotel offerings. They provide croissant filled with ham, egg, and cheese, among other choices. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff member who assisted us during check-in was very accommodating. I can't recall her name, but she was on duty when we arrived at 11:30 on January 1st.

Hotel was immaculate and new and had a great location, but the breakfast was a dealbreaker. They only dedicated one staff member to stocking the breakfast items and they struggled to keep food out or even something as basic as coffee. They also cut the breakfast off at 9AM sharp (even on New Year’s Day) despite this hotel being located in a tourist town where people are on vacation and would like to sleep in likely in hopes that some guests will sleep through the breakfast and miss it thus saving them a few dollars. Hotel was fabulous but the poor breakfast management would likely lead us to choose a different hotel if we ever came back to the area.
