A fabulous 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the beach (5th floor, tower 3) located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. (Sleeps 4 with ease!)

Access your private balcony from the family room—where you can take in breathtaking views of the ocean and Gulf of Mexico’s world-famous sunsets and white sandy beaches. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room.

Living room has a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa and a 70' HDTV WITH Roku TV.

Master bedroom has a new queen bed (2024) and 55' HDTV Roku TV as well.

No need to overpack; we have an in-unit WASHER AND DRYER so you can save room in your suitcase for souvenirs.

Just a few of the renovations include living room furniture, dimmable cove lighting, a ceiling fan and stunning hardwood floors throughout. A fabulous marble shower, fully-equipped and updated kitchen with all new appliances, quartz countertops and new custom cabinets, new doors, new windows and crown molding. The bedroom got a full makeover with brand new furniture, dimmable cove lighting and a ceiling fan as well as a large mounted TV.

It's close to the Lagoon pool and Oceans Bar and Grill, and also has its own pool and hot tub right in front of the building.

We provide a STARTER PACK of amenities (trash bag, dish soap, TP, etc), just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay.

--------IMPORTANT: EDGEWATER REGISTRATION

Edgewater Beach Resort requires ** Each Reservation to pay a $50 mandatory Resort Fee.**

Registration link will be provided via VRBO message prior to check-in. There, you can pay the one-time $50 Resort Fee, which includes 1 parking pass, entry to the resort and use of basic amenities. This fee is not included in your VRBO reservation.

Fees are only paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests, and even if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property.

Optional Registration add-ons:
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.

We hate this new cost and hope guests understand this is not a money grab by the resort, but an unfortunate necessity to keep our gates open with how many insurance companies are leaving the panhandle and driving up prices.---------------


ABOUT EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT
The Infamous Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure. There are four heated hot tubs around the pool and Gulf-side. Each tower has its own private pool and hot tub, there are a total of 11 pools on the property (ten of which are heated seasonally), a children's splash area, four hot tubs, as well as a fitness center. This 110-acre resort also has on-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grille beachfront restaurant with poolside dining, Dive-In Movies by the pool, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream.
