This incredible beach house located in the family-friendly community of Seabreeze in Seacrest, Florida.

Designed all on one level, 'Poppy Breeze' is the perfect choice for anyone who needs accommodations free from stairs. Beautiful landscaping and wrap-around porches welcome you to this attractively decorated beach home with hardwood floors throughout.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the spacious great room and adjoining dining area with lots of windows to let in the Florida sunshine. Stainless appliances, shiny quartz counters and an adjoining breakfast bar are features you will love in the upscale kitchen.

A central hallway leads to three bedrooms - the kid's room with a Twin/Full bunk bed (70lbs max), a guest room with a queen bed and the large, master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity, and French door that opens to a long, back porch.

A large hall bath with double vanity and tub/shower is convenient to the other two bedrooms. TVs throughout and hi-speed Internet. The private pool area can be accessed from the master bedroom, the laundry room and through the gated entrance at the side of the house. The pool can be heated during cooler months on a per stay basis of $50 per day.

You will love the large deck area and beautiful landscaping around the (12’ X 24’) pool. Relax in your lounge chair under one of the 9 palm trees as the kids splash in the pool. Poolside table and chairs plus a gas grill makes dining outside a pleasure.

Enjoy a pleasant stroll along a quiet, residential lane, to the beach only minutes away (about a 3-4 minute walk). The large, covered porches provide the perfect places for relaxing in the fragrant breezes. The entire back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and security.

Parking for 2 - 3 cars. Close to shops and restaurants in nearby Seaside, Seagrove Beach, and Alys / Rosemary Beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Poppy Breeze house! The house was very clean and well appointed with supplies/utensils/etc. They pretty much had everything you would need for your trip already at the house! Our kids especially enjoyed all the pool and beach toys. It was also nice to have beach towels and chairs provided so we didn't have to pack or rent those. Having the heated private pool was perfect for our family as well.Location in this area is all about what you are looking for. Although there weren't any walkable options for my family with young kids, we did ride our bikes to Alys and Rosemary every day within 10 minutes or so. The beach access was walkable within about 5 minutes which was very nice. The beach itself was great and wasn't anywhere close to as crowded as we anticipated or read about. Overall, the location worked well for us and was quiet and peaceful. Allowed our family to enjoy the yard and private pool!The host was extremely communicative and was able to quickly answer any questions we had. It felt like she really cares that her guests have a great time.We would definitely come back and stay at Poppy Breeze and no complaints about the property, host, or overall experience there. We had a great time!

Cozy Home

From the moment we got there we were extremely pleased! The layout of the house was great. The beds were comfy and we all slept well! The kitchen had all we need down to better cookware than most rentals. We enjoyed the pool ..it does get a lot of debris due to mature trees in the neighborhood..but no huge thing. Lounging by pool with all the set up and palm trees was great. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night. The house is prime location to everything we wanted. The walk to beach is easy and had all the gear you need! Would stay again!!!!

Excellent home for our vacation

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week at this home. Very spacious and plenty of room. There was great communication with the owners who were extremely friendly and quick to respond and resolve a few questions that we had. They also had good recommendations for local places to eat. The street was very quiet with little traffic and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We really enjoyed having our own private pool where we spent lots of time swimming. We will definitely stay here again!

Great beach house

An excellent house, with great location and exceptionally clean/well appointed. Nicely stocked with the little things that most beach houses lack- laundry detergent, extra towels, dish soap, toiletries, very nice kitchen equipment. Very responsive communication with owner. Only minor issue was with internet connection- worked well enough for checking email and apps on phone but weren’t able to stream anything on the televisions (repeatedly got poor internet connection errors on Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc). Would love to return in the future!!

Perfect family spot

We absolutely loved our stay at Poppy Breeze. The location is wonderful on a quiet street directly across from a beach access. No detail was overlooked in this home. Chargers, towel hooks, night lights, and plenty of other special touches made it feel like a home away from home. Our son enjoyed having a monitor he could plug his Nintendo Switch into and not disrupt family tv watching. I would highly recommend this home. We loved riding bikes down to Seacrest and Rosemary for meals and snacks.

What more could one ask for than Poppy Breeze?

I have never stayed in a property, rental or otherwise, that is anywhere near as nice as this home. I informed the owner of this sentiment in the middle of our stay because I was blown away by this place! It had everything that you could possibly need...plus some very nice extras which we were not expecting. The Poppy's salted caramel popcorn was devoured in short order!! The massive live oak trees located in the front of the property were a thing of beauty. And the pool with the fenced-in backyard provided us the perfect place to cool off after a morning of fishing! And the communication with Niki (the owner) was a definite 5 stars!! My Pop and I thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of our time at Poppy Breeze. We are already counting the days until next year's trip! John D.

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the problem was fixed within 12 hours. Life happens, and Niki was a star and managed it so quickly and efficiently. She was very responsive with any questions that came up. The house was pristine and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better. Pool was clean and private. The ring security system gave us comfort especially with the alarmed doors - whenever the pool door opened or front door opened, it helped us track our one and three year old. We’re hopeful to return again soon!

Enchanting Oasis in Seacrest

Absolutely wonderful property. The pictures are great but, it is much better to see this property in person. Great amenities, proximity to the beach and restaurants. The home was absolutely wonderful and the master bed was quite comfortable. Really nice neighborhood with amazing landscaping. We want to stay again.

Great stay and location

This place is perfect for family. One, the pool was a great addition to have while it was nap time for the kiddo. It is a safe walking distance to the beach and I believe since there is no parking, there was not as much foot traffic on this portion of the beach, which was ideal for relaxation. We had zero issues and the property manager is very responsive if there was any questions. Overall, 10 out of 10. Also, check out Fonville Press Market for some really good coffee and food.
