There is only someone to help you check in. I had some errands beating on my door at 3am and I attempt to use to condo phone to call security which did not work. They only spot clean the place after every guest. Great pool and beach access. There is only 4 elevators on the entire property. Please have patience when waiting on a elevator.

I think the room and view was amazing. But the parking lot is terrible and the elevator services is terrible. 4 elevators for 600 rooms is ridiculous. And the design for the parking its absolutely horrible.
