• Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
• Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
• Maximum Occupancy: 5
• No Pets allowed
• No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Ramsgate Harbour has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
• Guest Registration Required - Ramsgate Harbour requires that all rental guests register via an online system (Guest Services). Registration is $35 and includes one electronic parking permit. Each additional parking permit is $35.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.
