Watercrest 203 - FREE Beach Chairs!

Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side has been completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

This perfect getaway is located on the 2nd floor at Watercrest Condominiums and offers a sprawling view of one of the worlds finest beaches. The master bedroom hosts a king bed with private bathroom and direct balcony access with stunning beach views. The second bedroom features two queen beds just steps away from the unit's second bathroom. The common area has room for the entire family as well as a sleeper sofa. This great second floor location makes it super easy to walk up one flight of stairs and never deal with elevator delays.

Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and many more enjoyable amenities. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the St Andrew's State Park.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Fantastic stay at Watercrest

We had a great time staying at this condo! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Love that the Watercrest is smaller than others in the area so there was no crowded elevator and always had a great spot at the beach and pool. Also not as much traffic congestion to deal with. Also love that it has handicap accessible beach access for friends that traveled with us.

. We did have a issue with the tub clogged with water when we ran the shower and not draining well in the master bathroom. It had a very slow drain. We also used the couch pull out bed once due to not being able to put it back together easily.We didn’t take a chance using it again. Management came and fixed it for us which was very nice . Plus the sewer smell on the end of the building was very strong and annoying . We did enjoy our stay and the beds were very comfortable.
