Our room was very dirty. The air conditioner barely worked causing the room to be very hot and it leaked all over the floor so we had constant water in the hallway that my baby slipped on and hit her head. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor and the bathroom would flood every time we showered. We had 4 towels total for 6 people in the room and they refused to give us more unless we returned the ones we had so we never had more than 4 towels at a time. The beds are so uncomfortable, they were dirty, and full of sand. The pull out couch bed didn't have sheets on it and the mattress was disgusting. The tv didn't work. It was straight up not a good time.

Not luxury but it was perfect for my family

Just what we wanted easy access to the beach. Right on the beach. 3 beds. And a balcony. Room was clean. Staff was nice. And the pool was perfect for an evening swim. We wanted something practical on the beach and got it. It’s not a high end hotel if you’re looking for luxury this isn’t it. If you’re looking for something budget friendly, clean and on the beach this is your place. All of my kids enjoyed the place and asked if we can go back.

The next door room had kids who were extremely loud all night. There was a door between the units which was not sound proofed at all. There was only one elevator to bring up our stuff. The parking area was small but there was over flow parking across the street. The crosswalk was some ways down tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Obviously they were doing what they could with the facilities.

AC was froze over not working for two nights, finally got them to put a new unit in. Neighbor had a barking dog in the room beside us that wouldn’t shut up. On top of that they were smoking weed and the smell was coming from under the door to their room that connected ours. The room had mold on the ceiling the sink was stopped up and had roaches.

When we got in the room there was no towels and wash towels. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged up. From the looks of it the shower hadn’t been cleaned because there was a used bar of soap in it. I had to go every evening to ask for wash towels and towels and also trash bags.

Id Definitely go back,pet friendly is why i went an could take my boston's on the beach on a leash. Room was good enough for me an my 2 boys. Be nice if fridge had a freezer tho. Walmart is real close for food for the stay just no freezer. Hot water good ,pressure was good an friendly front desk people.

Couples get away!

Went for a couples get away,the place was old,rundown and dirty. Needs new sink and bathtub. The towels and wash rags in the room were dirty looking,asked a cleaning guy for more towels he said all he had was rags. Looked like blood on one of the pillow cases. The furniture was outdated. The sofa was stained. I guess for $550 that is what you get in pcb. The best part was the view and the air conditioner worked great..

Itll get you the beachfront experience

Nothing super fancy, but it is a hotel directly on the beach! The rooms were clean, stocked (gotta ask for extra towels), but overall a great experience!

The hotel is severely run down and the room is in dire need of a deep clean. The couch is covered in stains, the sheets on the box springs are absolutely filthy, the floors are absolutely filthy, the bathtub is disgusting. I will not take a shower here. All rooms are ocean view which is nice and the pool is okay but also dirty. If they would just do a deep clean it would be far better, but as of right now, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I have not seen any bugs so that is the only reason we actually stayed but if I had booked more than one night, I would not stay here. It was also very disappointing to find out that Expedia charged me more than $100 more for 2 rooms than the hotel itself would have, and yet they advertise that I received 15% off. I was charged 150 a room total, and the hotels paperworks says the rate was only 101

We thought that we was gonna have the same experience that we did 5 years ago but it was nothing like that the place has went down hill it’s a very loud place people luggage carts and cleaning staff buggy’s 2nd floor is not the one to be on and the parking is terrible sharkys Customer use the lot and no one cares staff says to park across the street (payed parking) water pressure was low shower handle broken place smelled like weed all day long but I guess that’s what you get when budget shopping

Good & Bad Good- Right on the beach and near great food. Maintenance came quickly when we needed help with our toilet. Bad- Poor hospitality (couldn’t give recommendations for local pizza; told us to “use our phone” to Google a laundromat ourselves when we asked if they knew of one). No breakfast, no ice machine, and very little parking. Key cards NEVER worked… we had to go down for a new card almost EVERY time we came back to the room. They were hesitant to give us towels for our room. Some air vents were leaking from the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was broken, and shower wouldn’t come on entirely. WiFi was very slow. Bathrooms by the pool didn’t seemed to be cleaned well. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but we were given next to no hospitality even for the simplest of things.
