This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on this site are nothing like what we walked into. I have many pictures of what it really is. There is mold in the entire room, broken furniture, electrical sockets hanging off the wall; the floor was so dirty we didn't take our shoes off. The toilet would not flush, and there was no hot water. If you send me an email address, I can send the pictures, we told 4 different employees and nothing done. The noise was unbearable to sleep. Dogs gone wild

They allow aggressive bread dogs. Have stayed here many times and have never seen this. Dogs not on leash on patio level. Tub was horrible, my family purchached cheap slides just to bath. They need to renovate.

Needs attention

Well it was the first time staying there….the microwave where the coffee was was nasty with sugar everywhere The bathroom tub didn’t drain good There was what looked like blood stains in the floor..just very disappointing This was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in coming to PCB…I should have taken pics of the filth and posted them..looked like the room has never been mopped …

First room we got put in AC didn’t work. Got moved to another room where the AC also did not work at all. Maintenance came and spent an hour trying to get it to work before figuring out had to leave it on heat set to 90 for any cold air to come out. It never got below 73 in the room at any point. He tried but staff didn’t deferred no real apologizy or discount or anything. We were only there for one night for my son’s birthday and we were supposed to go bowling and instead we spent the night dealing with that. I also don’t do well in heat we had to open the balcony door just for us to sleep. Pool was nice.

The location is fantastic, beach front and is within walking distance of a lot entertainment. The reasons I’m rating it low is because of the room we had. The bathroom is what separates bad hotels and great hotels. The shower head is 3 streams of high pressure water, it needs to have at least a better shower head. The tub has its own issues with cracks and pealed up lining as well as it doesn’t drain while the shower is going. We did have to go to the office and get more towels. Stayed for 4 days and they gave us 2 towels.

Our stay here was OK. We couldn’t check into our room until 7:00pm because they said some of their cleaning ladies called out. They didn’t offer a discount to make it right but they did gave us some Sharky’s kids eat free discount cards. The room was clean just needed some updates. The bed was very squeaky and the bed frame was falling apart. Overall our stay was just ok. It could’ve been better.
