The location is great given the proximity to the mall, housekeeping was generally good - however the first night we had to request the bathroom to be cleaned. Customer service was also good - the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room smelled musty, but clean and solid furnitures. Can use microwave or at least lobby should have one. Toliet clogged but repair person was prompt to correct it. However, I had to ask 4 TIMES before we got a 3rd set of towels (for a 3 registered guests.) Breakast was just okay, not the best value for the price given not that many choices for the food item. Coffee was being served to the last pulp...while I can appreciate the effort not to be wastefull...guest should not be expected to drink the renmant of coffee beans for breakfast. Safe security was pretty good in attending to our safe issues. Front desk does not answer the phone at 6am...had to wait after 7/8am to report toilet issue as a result. Location is nice for shoppers since centrally located between two malls. Front desk staff curteous but seemed preoccupied with other things as attending to guests.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms, a walk downstairs to the shopping area, not far from the airport. For a 1 night stay I was very comfortable and recommend a stay. The only issue I had was not having cutlery available in the room.

Convenient for shopping, mall has great stores. The hotel is just to rest your head and back your bags with items purchased. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff was truly helpful. Would definitely recommend, if you are on a tight schedule in between flights and want to get some shopping done while in Panama.
