This Panama City home has recently been renovated, with a full kitchen & dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one additional sleeping area above the game room making it possible to sleep 8 people. Additionally, it has a living space, game room, and library.

Situated just 10 minutes from downtown Panama City, and only 15 min from both Panama City Beach(west) and Mexico Beach(east) in the safe and affluent community of Callaway, this property sits in a quiet cul de sac right in the heart of the city. We are just a few minutes from all the shopping one could need Coffee/ restaurants/shops/parks all just 5 min away.

The space
What makes The Cozy Culdesac unique is there is space outside for activities in the backyard for family to enjoy with a firepit included. Inside we have WiFi with 4 smart TV’s for all of your streaming needs after a nice day in the Sun for you to come back and relax with. (There are beach chairs and towels available for you to use on site) Also we have a gaming area with board games and a foosball table.

For the adults we have a full mixer set for those who need that extra nightcap.

Guest access is simple with onsite parking and coded entry that will be provided before your arrival.

You can contact the host at any time for suggestions on local restaurants, local access to private beaches and the best tourist hotspots.

Great house

Looks tiny but is quite large inside. Cozy, beautifully done inside. We loved the location. Quiet and close to everywhere we needed to be.

Fun Time in PCB!

It was very cute, cozy and very convenient. We were visiting family that only lived 5 minutes away. Convenient to all entertainment and activities. Would recommend installing latched baby gates at top and bottom of stairs for little ones. Beautiful home. Fun Loft for the kids.

Beautiful property with convenient location

My family loved staying here. They didn’t want to leave! The game room was a wonderful addition. The kids and parents alike enjoyed playing foosball and card games. So many details of the house were just wonderful and helpful. Great location. Close to multiple grocery stores and great restaurants. Short drives to Panama City and Panama City Beach.

Perfect house for family trip

My fiancee and I came with her kids for her daughter's 13th birthday. My fiancee is local to Panama City and this was a perfect location to be near her family and friends. The house was so beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own room. The kids loved the foosball table and cool little loft above the living room. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and effort into making the house and experience perfect for us. They even had fresh baked cookies for us which were delicious. We will definitely be back!
