The property was clean, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is not friendly. Requests or questions in person were ignored or not responded to at all unless you asked multiple times for their attention. The breakfast was subpar, very little flavor, not appetizing. We also tried dinner and the food did not have much flavor. Candidly, we preferred to eat outside of the hotel and the food was phenomenal.

Great hotel in Panama for both short and long stays, with super friendly, warm, and helpful staff who bring a lot of positive energy to the experience, and the colorful design makes the place feel lively and welcoming. I ended up here unexpectedly after getting stuck in Panama due to visa issues, and I was really lucky to find a hotel that recognized my VIP status, checked me in very early in the morning, and supported me when I needed it. Communication was easy since most of the staff speak some English, breakfast offered a nice mix of local and international options, and overall service was excellent. There’s still some room for improvement in room maintenance (like a few lights not working and the desk chair needing replacement), but the room itself was very spacious with great city views.

It was a very nice stay. The room is nice, organized and clean with a great view of the city. The blankets are a little too warm and we wished for a lighter blankets. Breakfast buffet was very good with many food choices and best custom eggs cooked tailored to our demands. Uber to Casco Viejo was cheap. Uber to PTY airport was $17. Views from the hotel are beautiful. Pool was the best, clean, lots of lights, cozy and just what we needed to swim after long day of sightseing Panama canal, boat tour to Monkey Islands, long walk along Cinta Costera and dinner with friends on the 5th floor of Golden tower.
