The room was in decent condition, however, the housekeeping was managed poorly- and the room was not properly tidied ( dirty cups left from day to day, towels not replaced). In addition the scent/smell in the hallways and the lobby was overwhelming and , to my taste, rather unpleasant. Lastly, waiting for the elevator took up a great deal of time; clearly a poorly designed system.

Was not able to make flight due to Panamanian rules on passport. There's no contact number that anyone ever answers. They don't respond on their website either. My wife reached out on Instagram but we never heard back from them. We didn't want a refund, only a credit so we could come after we got the passport corrected. Still never a response. I believe it was all a scam from the start. What hotels don't answer phones or have a direct reservation number? It's this a credible hotel? We've always booked through Expedia but now second guessing this decision as well. Because not even Expedia was able to contact a Hotel that I booked through them.

Took an hour wait in line to check in. No linens provided for the sofa sleeper and no one answered when we called operator several times over two days. There’s a heavy detergent scent in the lobby and halls trying to cover the damp, musty smell.

The customer support at this establishment was unprofessional and worked against helping you instead of being on your side. Maria at the front desk early morning was giving us the run around just to receive the room which we booked. After saying we should come back at 3pm for check in because no rooms were available we asked if it was possible to pay for an early check in. Maria assured as we will be getting a room in the same category as we booked. After making our way to the room we noticed it was missing a balcony. We went back to speak to Maria who then asked to see our booking which unfortunately did not include all the room amenities and details. After asking what can be done to make the situation right she suggested I contact Expedia directly. Upon reaching out to Expedia they were unsuccessful in reaching the hotel and asked if they can call me to speak to the front desk. Expedia spoke to Maria and explained the room which I had booked intact did include a balcony. Maria then hung up the phone and said she does not want to speak to them and needs written proof of the balcony. After showing her a screenshot of the room which I booked she then said she has a room in the same category but with queen beds and joked that would be best for us in case my partner and I had a fight. The entire hotel stay was not enjoyable. The bed sheet were stained, the shower did not drain well, hot water was only available sometimes, you had to beg for water and we didnt receive room cleani

I don't like to leave a negative review and must say we were grateful for the hotel granting our request for a room with a view of the Pandora building. That being said, the hotel is very run down, dirty and there was only 1 restaurant open despite having other restaurants in the hotel. There aren't any restaurants in the area, but you can walk straight over to the mall where there is a Hard Rock Cafe. Most stores are closed down. The pool didn't have enough chairs for us to go during the day. The staff was generally cordial and friendly.

The check-in process is a hassle. They strictly start checking in at 3:00 PM, and we have to wait after that time. It can easily take over an hour. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, getting an answer for room service over the phone can be a bit frustrating. They often hang up on us. The breakfast is decent, with several options and two egg cooking stations. That’s a nice touch. One issue we encountered was the humidity. Sometimes, you can feel the smell in the elevator hall. They’ve installed a few deshumidifiers, but it’s still noticeable.
