Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and the staff was welcoming. The water was extremely hot but I won't complain. At least we had hot water. I loved it.

The facility looks old, and the cleanliness was not what we expected. There were unwanted little visitors crawling around the bathroom. Two nights were enough for not returning to the property that has an amazing location and view, on the other hand.

Loved that it was a close walk or drive to restaurants. Parking was ample. Our room was nice & clean. We had a connecting room, and I was able to hear the baby next door crying. But it's a family friendly hotel so, to be expected. Other than that I had a great time!

Hotel was great excellent Beach location excellent location to restaurants and the pier the only thing was the hotels.com site says that there are sun loungers available and they are not available there's a guy that rents them on the beach We sat down on some sunloungers for the day and then about an hour later he comes over and tells us we owe him money for those loungers we didn't realize he said he's not affiliated with the hotel

Beach view (7th floor) and walk out to the beach -perfect Elevator to the basement & walk across the pool area onto the ramp - into the sand Stayed for a week Negatives- neighbors got drunk and loud Construction was going on at 10:00 p.m. Not enough towels for the pool Pool and chairs also need a good cleaning Rooms were only swept and never mopped- black and sandy feet all week long. King size fitted sheets would not stay on the bed Location was great Parking was hard to find on the street and in the front of the building, and underground parking was not our thing. With a sign on your mirror you could park next door in front of the restaurant and not get towed. Near-by restaurants were very good Walking distance to Pier Park and the Pier were about a mile and a half one way-take your car. oh yes take a hair dyer if you need one No Keurig only single coffee maker but the Lobby has what you need No breakfast Saw the workout room, didn't use it Pool, Children's play area-nice, hot tub also Outside showers at the end of the ramp Everything was located nicely around the bottom of the building We had a great week and really enjoyed the beach!

We expected so much more from the Radisson Hotel. Took 4 days to get air conditioner unit fixed in bedroom (only because I flagged down maintenance man) and when it was changed out water ran all over the floor and we had to use towels to mop up, bathroom floor flooded because of no caulking around shower, and after asking for room service (which we had not received in 5 days) to replace all the wet towels from the flooding, the front desk staff said for me to take care of that myself - as in stand on the outside walkway all day and wait until housekeeping arrived on our floor, exactly what I did not want to do on my vacation and then wanted to argue with me when I told her we were not going to do that. Two jewels they need to keep - Assistant Manager Ms. Lewis and maintenance man were very helpful. Ms. Lewis was very apologetic and concerned and the maintenance man I flagged down immediately took care of the issues we were having.

Website says they have continental breakfast and they did not have that just coffee and water. Additional fees was $20 per day for amenities such as WiFi, beach access, and using pool. There is a sign at the front desk that states “complimentary WiFi”. Also we had to keep begging for towels.

Vacation

The location was great, the staff who checked us in was very friendly. It's definitely an older place as there were some areas in the walls that weren't the prettiest but it was clean. We had a suite and the couch was very comfortable. The biggest complaint I have is the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. I think being comfortable while sleeping when you are on vacation is one of the biggest things you want so that was a bit of a let down and back ache. Other than that this place was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to navigate. Parking was bit of an issue as there just isn't much of it but overall not a terrible place to stay.

Hotel really need a reconstruction and new everything. The photos from website are the photos from many years ago and don’t apply to this time period. The rooms were not clean and had bugs. Honestly I’m very disappointed, its beautiful beach view and I spent a lot of time there but the rooms and hotel are terrible.
