We loved our 3 week stay! But overall a 4 star! Because of 2 things: 1- morning coffee could be much better…it’s Panama after all, good coffee is surely widely available! 2- it’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel. They have to find a way to monitor/stop the smoking at the pleasant gym/pool area. Signs are not the solution! It probably doesn’t help to have “ashtray type garbages” widely available up there, that evidently encourages smoking! It makes for a very uncomfortable sitting area unfortunately!

Great hotel but with a smoking problem

This is a very good hotel with great personnel, breakfast and service. We had a problem with the smoking in the outside area, drifting directly into the dining area through a large rectangular opening. We pointed this out to the manager in our hotel review. The restaurant food was great.

Excellent property. Staff at check in were fantastic. Rooms are clean as was the entire hotel. A short Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. Several restaurants in walking distance. Ginormous shopping centre very close by.

This hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I only wish there were English options on the television, or at least subtitles. They also didn't have face cloths, which was unusual. Other than that, this is a great hotel. I would definitely choose it again.

Locations is great near many walkable restaurants. Hotel room and bathrooms were very clean. Had the breakfast in the morning it wasn’t great but it was OK. The restaurants around the hotel are very nice excellent food for the price. The hotel also serves dinner, but did not try because of mediocre breakfast recommend hotel highly very walkable to exercise.

Great spot for a stop over when travelling through Panama City. Rooms are large and quiet. Lots of restaurants around and a large modern mall. It felt very safe to walk to the mall and restaurants. Staff was great and let us check out late.

From the day we checked in, to the day we checked out, the staff was friendly, polite and very helpful to all our questions, as we were unfamiliar with the area, They guided us to the Multi Plaza Mall, which was better then some malls in the USA, restaurants and great shopping.. Just a ten minute walk. Also, the breakfast buffet was great, each day it had plenty of authentic panamian dishes… plus the typical breakfast items one would expect… i.e. fresh fruit & hot cereals etc…
