Because I booked thru Hotels.com I was charged twice the price that I could have gotten if I had booked directly thru Red Roof Inn.com I will never again trust Hotels.com to offer me the cheapest rate.. you simply didn't. I will always book directly with the hotel. A room that I could have gotten for $64 dollars, cost me twice as much. The hotel wasn't allowed to make any adjustments because I booked thru Hotels.com... Never again.

Loved the upgrades from the remodel. The room was spacious. We would like to see protein at the breakfast, maybe hard-boiled eggs or other protein besides the yogurt that was there. Not a good breakfast for diabetics.... Thank you. BTW, the desk chair may need attention as it tried to turn into a recliner when you sat in it!

Guess they finally got rid of the homeless people,I would have given them a room before letting them sleep in the lobby for everyone to see. The staff was very helpful and hard working. They mopped up the dirty floor in the bathroom right away, seemed like they were trying to keep the place up.
