The first room that I checked into the air system was not working at all, there was no remote to the tv. The second room was a little better but the shower was stopped up with hair and wasn't fully able to shower like I wanted to. The parking was overwhelmed because you had to share parking spots with a restaurant when you have a parking permitt. Overall I would not be coming back to this resort.

Worth the price for a clean basic beachfront room. Prepare to buy your own ice. towels, wash clothes and toilet paper are kinda hard to get. I bought my own. Other than that it was nice and clean. Easy access to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping in walking distance.

Not happy.

The room was in disrepaire. Ceilings leaked in bathroom. Ceilings was coming down. Appliance was broken. No cooking tools for full kitchen. Teenage party place. Smelled like Marijuana. No parking for guest.

Me and my boyfriend made our reservations for March 28th ~April 1st and we got to the hotel and the property was dirty.. check in was 4pm we got there a little after 5pm the room was definitely not ready they had no towels or rags in the hotel, the floor was so dirty we kept our shoes on the whole time.. 20 minutes after check in we called Expedia to tell them that the pictures were deceiving and the hotel was dirty so we asked if we were able to cancel and we were told since it’s past check in time we would be charged a $150 cancellation fee ( which is crazy because we didn’t know the conditions until we got there). In the elevator the permit for the hotel was expired!!! It was so bad that we just kept the reservation (so we wouldn’t be charged to cancel) and went and got another hotel for the last night of our stay. Definitely was not a resort the only thing they had was a pool and that was dirty too.

There was sand all over the floors. There was no hot water and the water we did have was limited. It was very noisy. The pationl was filled with garbage. The ceilings were peeling. The towels were stained.The front desk girls were really nice though.

Had several major concens that impacted our stay. 1. Parking is terrible, the lot is shared with the Sharkys restaurant so parking in the evening is terrible. You have to park at the sister hotel and walk on the side of the road back to hotel. 2. Cleanliness was severely lacking all over the facility. The pool was dirty. The hallways were dirty. Trash just building up. 3. Towels - You are made to go to the lobby and turn in dirty towels to get clean ones akin to a prison. Several other minor issues, overall would not recommend this hotel at all.

Cleanlyness did not exist, half the items in the room were broke or missing, mattress was so warn out when you sit on it, it flipped up into a V shape. No staff at the hotel you have to check in at a completely different hotel.

The location of this resort is very nice for beach access, as we were able to walk out to the beach from our back door. My main complaint is that there is very limited parking by the actual resort since it shares a lot with Sharky’s, but there is additional parking across the street. However, we have stayed here before so this was expected and wasn’t really an huge issue.

Went to the front desk on 4 separate occasions to request housekeeping. Floors were filthy the first night. Had to wear shoes around the whole trip. Sheets needed to be changed the first night. Requested 4 separate linen services. Was told housekeeping would be there. In 6 nights room was never serviced.
