The staff was very helpful and courteous and the grounds outside area was cool. The actual room not so much the shower was slow to drain and the room had an odor had to buy air fresheners and incenses. Location was close to a lot of things so good location. Best staff- I've stayed twice now and there customer service is excellant. The first time I stayed they were very welcoming. The hotel is in a very safe and walkable area. This second stay I had a four hour gap between my other check out and check in with Nomada. They kindly stored my luggage and were able to get in a place two hours early which I greatly appreciated!
