Caution-No AC in Private Rooms

Booked a private room for my girlfriend and I. In Panama City, most people want and expect air conditioning. But our room only had a fan. The manager explained that the website stated that there is only a fan in the room. The manager also stated that for the price, we should not expect AC. This may be true but guests should not have to assume. She would not let me checkout with and receive a refund. Fortunately(?), I was able to rent a whole dormitory room at a price upgrade. My girlfriend was not happy. What the manager told me about the website stating that there is only a fan in the room was not true. Hotels.com mentions nothing about this. I wrote them 10 days ago and the website still had not been updated. Wifi was very slow.

Great location

Was just a pit stop for me since I missed my flight that day and needed somewhere that wouldn't break the bank and make it convenient for me to get to the airport the next day. It was pretty much the life saver. I had an early morning departure so wasn't able to take advantage of all the facilities but it was good for that purpose. It's a hostel, low budget and that's that target. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. My only pet peeve was the internet service... (VERY SLOW!!!) In this world where everyone lives connected, they should consider upgrading that, and we would be good to go. Otherwise, great place and lots of friendly smiley faces in a central and very safe location, just a few steps from main bus routs and the metro station.

Je ne suis pas restée longtemps. Je suis arrivée vers 20h pour repartir tôt le lendemain. Le personnel était très gentil. Par contre la lumière de ma chambre était à l'autre bout du couloir collé au dortoir. Donc les gens arrêtaient pas d'allumer et éteindre. Je devais me lever, sortir pour arranger ça.

Change in prices at hotel even we had the confirm

Hello, we had purchased the room in 25 dollar but when we reached hotel they denied to offer that room in that price. I tried to cancel the room but the cancellation policies says that if we cancell we have to pay one day of hotel. I tried calling hotels.com but no reply from them too. They have charged me 35 dollar for the same room. I was bounded to pay. But this is the first time i am facing this issue. Please help me with this issue.

La seguridad en torno al Covid-19, no existe. Hay aglomeraciones en los cuartos y no había jabón disponible. Además de que el perro dentro de las instalaciones es bastante insalubre.

新しくて、移動に便利

建物は、まだ新しく明るくて綺麗な感じです。周辺の治安は悪くなく、メトロ乗り場も近いので旧市街に行くにも便利です。朝食は、自分でパンケーキが焼けます。スタッフは優しくて親切です。ただ、シャワールームが少ないのと、シャワーが水しかでないのが少し残念です。
