Unavailable property management

Had an issue with the payment. Vrbo could not reach the appropriate property management contact nor communicate with the one reached. The customer service agent whom I finally was able to make contact with was in a different ustomer service in a different time zone. Access code was canceled w/o notification. Almost slept on the streets of Paris.
