The Space:
Welcome to this luxury 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue du Mont Thabor in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue du Mont Thabor sits in one of the most prestigious and central parts of Paris, in the 1st arrondissement between the Jardin des Tuileries and the Rue de Rivoli. The immediate neighbourhood is refined and quiet, lined with classic Haussmann buildings and some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the city, yet it is also extraordinarily well placed for everything that makes Paris worth visiting. The Jardin des Tuileries, one of the great formal gardens of the world, is just around the corner and runs all the way to the Louvre.
The Musée du Louvre and the Musée de l’Orangerie are within easy walking distance, as are the Place Vendôme, the Palais Royal and its beautiful gardens, and the Rue de Rivoli with its arcades and flagship shops. The Madeleine church and the grands boulevards are a short stroll north, and the Seine and the Musée d’Orsay are just to the south. The Métro at Tuileries and Concorde connects this exceptional address to the rest of the city in minutes.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
