The room is not so good not so bad, there is humidity. The stuff is good, helpful. The rooms are small. But the location is very close to Disneyland. If you don’t think about leisure, it’s suitable to stay just to experience disneyland.

The room was spotless and the staff in general were really good. At breakfast the staff seemed a little stressy coping with the numbers of guests. The hotel has everything you need on a small scale and at a cost. The worst thing was the scramble for the FREE return bus from Disneyland. Early closing at the park on 2 of our nights meant that lots of people left at the same time. We highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good for the price but No English tv channels No bags in the breakfast room, (in case you take food for the park), my wife was told not to bring a small loungfly backpack the next day. Buses are very busy at peak times, you may want to walk. However Staff we nice, and rooms clean daily

The breakfast let the hotel down. Staff were extremely rude. The woman stood at the door breakfast time was horrible. Shouting at people, staff constantly telling you you need to take your trays and finished plates to the trolley even when we were in the middle of eating our breakfast and hadn't finished yet. If your French though don't worry they'll treat you with respect but if you're from any other country they will treat you like dirt. Staff at the bar and reception area were much better but restaurant staff let this hotel down.

Very bad room service.. was out all day in Disneyland with kids and came back to unclean room. The cleaner refused to make the bed just because I left a tablet on the pillow. Disgusting and very bad. They cancelled my key 1 hour before check out. I let the receptionist know and the lady was so rude and said it’s my fault.. Rude staff and very unhelpful and unpleasant Sat at the waiting area by the bar and just been kicked out saying I need to buy something to sit there just disgusting behaviour unbelievable. I will never be staying there. Don’t stay here they will spoil your holiday

Great for Disneyland Paris

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We had a family room and there was plenty space for suitcase, double buggy to be up and still left space in the room to walk around etc. Great shuttle bus to Disney and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but not the biggest selection of fruit which I would have preferred.

Great location for Disney. Slightly out-dated decor now, especially for a Disney-adjacent hotel, but the reception area is nice. A 5am fire alarm wasn't great, but we was informed at breakfast that it was somebody smoking in the room. Comapred to the Disney hotels, it's reasonable value for money, but it would be nice if parking was included in the hotel price.

Rooms were a good size, with enough storage and were clean. Twin beds were comfortable with a more firm mattress. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttles to Disneyland were very helpful, just be aware that they are crowded at peak times.
