Comfiest beds ever!

Our whole family of 17 stayed, all mentioned how comfy the beds were. Great bus service into Disney. Great swimming pool.

This property would have gotten a straight 5 if it wasn’t for the staff friendliness or welcoming. I strive of the first impression and it wasn’t it. It’s a shame, it is a beautiful property. I use to work for hotels and at the least a good morning or please let me know what I can do to make your stay pleasant? I think I had more welcome from the Disneyland Hotel staff and I wasn’t staying there.

The facility surpassed our expectations. The lobby was stunning and the ambient was family oriented. I'll certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Hotel staff are not friendly, not sure if this how it is in France. Hotel prices are terrible high, soda outside price is 2.20 Euros and the hotel charges 5.50. Basic lunch for 4 people close to 150 euros. Insane high prices.

Nice enough - be aware of parking charge!

Stay was fine. Rooms are tired. The shuttle busses were good but got bus on way back from Disney. I should have read the small print so my fault, but be aware they charge €17 a day for parking. Quite a lot to factor in if you are staying for a few days.

The Hotel have very welcoming vibes. Clean and elegant reception area. When Im outside the terrace I have the feeling that I’m in the real Castle. The layout and the design match with Disneyland theme. The breakfast buffet is the best. The food they serve is more than I expected. Coffee and Juices machine is awesome. And lastly the staffs are friendly and great. So I’ll give them 5/5. I will definitely recommend them.

Great hotel and stay

We had a great stay (family of 3 in family room) Easy check in, rooms great size and huge bed. Includes a fridge so if your needing to bring stuff can put it in there. Breakfast there was a massive choice and your not waiting long for a tabel considering how big the hotel is. (You also easily make up some sandwiches/baguettes for the day too, with lots of fruit and pastries, just take a bag down to breakfast 😉) The shuttle runs every 10 minutes from outside the front entrrance, it can get a bit crammed but we never had any issues getting on the one that turned up, and only took 5 miutes to get to the park. We used the swimming pool on one evening 7-9 and was great little add on not huge but adequate. Overall a really great stay, wouldnt hesitate to book again and would recommend it too. Just an add on download BOLT (french uber) There are lots of guys waiting at the airport offering a taxi saying would cost 80 euro but bolt cost us 40 and was already at the airport, also handy to use if you need to get back to the hotel from the park and costs 13 euros

Loved most things about the hotel, clean, helpful staff, includes breakfast. Only thing we didnt like it when walking off the property there isnt a gate for people on foot.

Not all can drink from the tap

Could have been better if bottled water is provided on check in for a four star hotel the receptionist said I can srink the tap water or buy a bottle water but hey you are a 4 star hotel.

Dream Castle Hotel staff were pleasant & accommodating. Love the hotel decor and kids enjoyed the various mirrors & illusions. Food was delicious and regular shuttle services make it a great place to stay for families.

Probably the best hotel to stay at if you’re going to Disney Paris. Upgrading to the breakfast was worth it and the shuttle to the Disneyland was a nice touch. The pool was fun. Had lots of amenities for small kids.
