Charming apartment Le Marais/ Place des Vosges

Charming flat, pleasant, quiet, fully equipped and ideally located, in a magnificent building in the centre of Paris, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Flat of 37 m2 located on the ground floor, renovated since 7 August 2023 including:

- Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 table and chairs
- Television, Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed and cupboards
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Short 3 day stay in Paris

Overall met our expectations. Enjoyed staying in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. Has a park a block away. One issue that arose was promptly resolved. Property manager who is the contact is a good communicator.

Apartment Review

Rooms were just as featured and it was clean. Listing accuracy was a little off, only window and door are the ones in photo, which we didn’t feel comfortable leaving opening overnight as it is ground level. With everything closed it gets pretty stuffy, even with provided fans.

Cozy and Quiet in Le Marais

Close to Notre Damn, restaurants and metro stations, this place was just what we needed. It’s very serene and checkin/checkout was very easy.

Great location, needs renovations

The property was in a great location. However the shower did not drain, the washer leaked and there was dust in the rooms. There was no air ventilation so it was very humid and muggy. It was ok for the price.

Beautiful but one window only.

Well organized and appointed apartment but the window in the picture is the only light in the apartment. It is also the ventilation. There are fans in every room but to get fresh air the window, which opens onto the courtyard, is the only way to get it. There are no screens on the window. When the security screen is pulled back, there is no way to open the window safely.
