Les fenêtres donnent une réelle ouverture sur l'extérieur car sur jardin et sans vis-à vis.
Le studio dispose de nombreux rangements, d'une machine à laver, d'une cuisine avec plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes...
Niveau couchages, un lit double et un canapé lit double de 1ere qualité.
La vie de quartier est agréable, sécurisé.
